- Join us for another weekend in our life! This time, me and Ell head to Drayton Manor for our first child free date day since the twins were born!! We also have a chill evening with a takeaway before wedding rehearsals with my bridesmaids and Fab competes in his first CrossFit competition with his friends! If your parents raised you well (which clearly they did), there should be no reason to feel nervous leaving the boys with them. I understand the hesitancy the first time you do this - but just remember the years of prior parenting experience which your parents have had with both of you.

Love watching your beautiful babies grow and progress. I have twin grandchildren of 18 months, Sophia and Charlie and recognise the struggles their mum and dad went through like yourselves when they were little. When they started crawling it was so exciting and then they started walking both together at 16 months and they are so funny now learning to talk. Peppa was one of Sophia's first words!!! They sleep well and so will Ari and Noah . Love to you all.

I honestly was going to post what great editing you did in this video 😂 I am green with envy seeing you two wearing hoodies! Here in South Carolina, USA we have been getting so much rain, last week in 3 days we had 19” inches with flash floods. And the humidity makes it really miserable with temperatures in the mid 90’s to 100. But that summer in the South. The boys are growing so quickly, it’s amazing, love the video guys! 🌴😎❤️

Ell, seriously I’d think again about changing into another dress for the evening. You wear that wedding dress for such a short amount of time. And I know this sound really daft, but people can find you so much easier if you still have it on. The day will fly by like you wouldn’t believe. Make the most of wearing your beautiful dress. Can’t wait for that video, I’ll have my tissues at the ready!🎉

My therapy session for the week seeing those two little stunners growing up!! (No Fab!! I mean Noah and Ari 🤣)
I noticed how much their hair is growing , it looks lovely and they are lovely the way they are trying to talk to you. Fab did say to one of the boys at dinner “what are u trying to say then?” I guessed it was probably… stop pinching my tea daddy!!!!😂

The boys are growing up very fast. I love watching them eating in their high chairs. Ell, I love your bride mates dresses. You did a fantastic job on making the boutiques. Fab, not shore if you take baths. If so, you might want to try adding some Epsom Salt to water. It will relax your muscles and your tiredness after working out. 🌻🌻🌻🌻

So nice, guys!! I'm kind of jealous that you have a passion you've turned into a business. I have so many interests that I would not know where to start, even for anything part time. The boys are growing up so fast! I want a baby and to marry my partner, you guys keep reminding me of it (in a good way)😊. But I am currently training for a 10km run in Lancaster - the Adult Halloween run (I am based in the Netherlands and have friends there, so we're doing it together like old times when we all lived in Melbourne, Australia). Love fitness! And I just picked up swimming as part of the 10km running training to build muscle for the hills in Lancaster as I have no hills here, along with Adidas HIIT workouts. Loved the video, was awesome to see a CrossFit competition! You guys did so well! Would be cool to see how you both train individually as well, I want to train my upper body too (female in my 30's), so it would be cool to know what Ell does especially, but maybe see what Fab does that I could implement because I am absurdly strong for a woman and a bit naturally broad shouldered. Also, Malta is lovely!! I hope you're able to go out to dinner at least once, the people are so lovely! I've travelled a lot on my own, I was scared in the beginning but the more you do it, the more natural it becomes.

My husband and I went to Alton towers with some friends from work who were a good bit younger than us we were mid thirties they twenty something after two rides we had to lose them because we felt so unwell had to go have a nice cup of tea and a sit down felt like right old fogies. When we found them later we had to say we had been looking for them for ages. This was pre mobile phones
I took my children to Thomas Land at Drayton Manor I bet your boys would love that when they get older. X
