Kawa is the green tea, this is basically "doodh patti chai" which is like milk tea. You can ask for half sugar if you find it too sweet. 33:30 the bread on top is roti and on the bottom is chappati.

It's tribal pukhtoon traditional dish mostly serve in winters but can make it in any occasions. It has mutton with soup and put chapati in eat and it absorb all soup and that's what you call it pasta lol

The tea you had is called Chai and infact the green tea is called Qehwa, also the Pulao you had is Bannu pulao famous in KPK Pashtoon area and the Penda is home grown chicken or beef curry also famous in KPK, amongst Pathans/pushtoon ( in penda beef curry they mixed roti/breas not pasta

Beef penda is Pashtoon dish, They use beef meat and the small pieces of breads in it. Bread which is thin in size added inthe beef pinda. The thin bread is chapati and thick bread called roti

Nice content I enjoyed the long length and always nice to a couple visit regardless of age or origin, it's the experience and memories. Gogo ate the meal exactly as it should have been eaten , ie riata with the pilau rice and chapati with the other dish, though the bitesize he had was absolutely a huge size portion, which means we shall get some good food content soon , haha. .

I dont know but perhaps, did you request your home bank to open your card transactions in Pakistan? I am assuming you did that :). In this case, Alfalah bank is recommended for ATM as it also supports Revolut ATM. In difficult situation, i will recommend to go to main branch of alfalah bank and they will help you. How fabulous. If you end up going back to Pakistan, go during the summer months to visit the northern areas. The temperature in the north, during the summer, is quite comfortable. A visit to Naran is great, the surrounding areas have fabulous views and have some great landmarks worth visiting.

37:30 , thats beef paynda , its basically roti shredded and dipped in beef shorba ( runny curry ). also u didn't have to order the roti separately cuz as i said it was already dipped in beef paynda. roti/naan or any bread is eaten with curry or kebab etc

There is always someone who can speak English enough to communicate. Regarding food, always ask to try small tasters first if/when trying street foods. Ask for their specialty and if unsure try a lamb/mutton/chicken curry dish. The same name dish will be different by region. Spices will get hotter is you travel south and milder traveling north.
