Thanks Dirk. Used the bark scream for the first time this year. I had killed a bull and we were taking pictures of him. Then out of nowhere another bull bugled. I backed up to call for my partner. The bull came right in but became uneasy with us and the dead bull situation. And offered no shot as he left. I figured “what the heck?” And tried the “bark scream” for the first time. The bull turned and marched back in and “bark screamed” himself. I followed with another “bark scream” and he closed the distance even more allowing my partner the shot. The “bark scream” allowed us to complete the double. Both bulls were laying 250ft apart. Thanks again for all the great info!!!
Do you no what Phelps call would be close to the black Rocky Mountain call? That is what works good for me but I would like to support you guys. You and Phelps are the ones going the extra mile teaching us how to call. Thanks Dirk.
