It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
Way cool unit! Love the K9 temp monitoring device and pop-open door feature. I worked for a sheriff's dept. in my younger years and really wanted to work K9. The Sheriff was with me but the county supervisors didn't want to pay for the insurance. They did get a K-9 as the dept. grew. I have a 2011 P7B now and I put a thick blanket on the seat in the back for my 2 pet dogs and they are really good about staying in the back. Glad to see you acquired such a unique CV unit. 😁
I have a 2010 ford crown vic as well it was the sheriffs car normal interior pretty much other than power seats/pedals one spot light normal ticket light (incandecant only white) but the mileage/idle hours aren't that bad (134xxx mi 153x hr). My car was also the Sheriffs car but it was not k9 and it had normal back seats and never had a cage.
I really like it I just brought a 2010 as well and it's black and white it had 118,000 miles and only 6,200 idle hours it's running very smooth and great.. I like yours as well it looks badass
