If you don't know exactly how talented Namsaknoi was. This will prove he had endured a lot for his Muaythai career. >> Saenchai has 86.81% win percentage (349 fights and 303 wins) >> Buakaw has 86.90% (275 fights and 239 wins) >> Rodtang has 83.69% (319 fights and 267 wins) >> Namsaknoi has 93.33%!! Shahrir Jublee really?! That's what my kru first taught us about the clinch I didn't know it had a name but that's what in instinctually do now to control the arm
I dont train muay thai but I utilize the clinch in boxing so much, like a Roberto duran style. A beginner tip would be to understand the fundamentals for example where to position your hands, head, how to gain control,
@@realamericannegro977 there is a guy named lucky with 700 fights lol. Thats 1 other reason why they dont spar as much. Fighting is their sparring every other week

Love these clinching techniques, as someone who's new to muay thai it's one of the hardest elements to learn. More please.
Peter Anderson it's hard to learn ...because people on America don't train clinch.....learn the basics and drill them with a training partner.
It is hard, its almost a different sport
