This made me realise that xerath is kinda a hard fking champ. In low elo where I am he's easy, but when people start to have good movement that probably changes pretty drastically.

Remember children, MS heavily counters Xerath. From other hand, these ults are exactly my experience vs people who think and doesn't run in straight line.
Low Elo: slowly fire, people dodge worse so you can take the time to aim
High Elo: fire as fast as possible because they can’t dodge all of them (🫣 please?)

I played a lot as xerath (on supp) and against him and i can tell one thing. If you are aware that he aims at you his ultimate you can dodge all his shots without much trouble. Best chance for xerath to land his ult shots is in middle of some fight when enemy's attention is focused on something else in best scenario enemy just go cc'ed. But i understand why it's quite hard at times to land a hit with his ult, because this shit does sick amount of damage.

Exactly. Xerath in lane is a lot like blitzcrank. As long as ur abilities are up you're applying so much pressure but if you miss ur kinda useless for 15 seconds.
@@doorknobs6573 Not really. If you miss his E, you might get forced to position away a lil bit, but that doesn't mean you can't use your other 2 abilities, which doesn't really mean you are useless for 15s.

1M xerath player tip: when ulting, shoot twice then wait for a few secs , it will make them doubt and you will be able to hit them easily with the remaining stacks
Masters Xerath here - bad tip lmfao. Most ults you're going to lose vision if you attempt to wait a second which then burns another shot attempting to get it. Quick R's are definitely the most consistent for hitting people that are good at juking and are the safest to do because even if you don't secure the kill you're not sitting there revealed to the whole enemy team for ten years.

I usually use their scripts against them making them stay longer in line or put them close to me for an unavoidable melee comand

You have to aim ultimate at their toes
I will give an advice to hit xerath ult, not many players know this but the best way of hitting xerath ult is just ulting the same place 4x. Stop trying to hit opponent every shot , choose a general location and ult there 4x. opponent will walk into it 100% ex master xerath otp here

All he did was back and forth. All you have to do is do a mix of where he's going and where he would dodge and you'll land about half. Or you can simply notice his dodge pattern, people tend to go eighter up or down.
Unfortunately the higher elo you go the better people are at not dodging in a pattern for your ult. It works great in lane for Q and W as people will usually have a preferred side but competent players with boots are going to be a menace to tag with R.
