Same here, I just finished the pan europe tech tree last Wednesday. Only missing 3 ships of the pan europe the õland, the orkan and the friesland. Hopefully the wil ad some more cruisers and battleships to pan europe, in the tech tree. Few dutch, few Greece, few Spain, and every other European country they haven't put in yet. Working hard on the halland at the moment. So trying to collect all pan europe ships.
I tend to avoid using torp range skill and go with reload boost. I figure with decent top speed without the booster and factoring in the enemy approach speed I fire torps just out of range, Works pretty well with my play style.
I personally struggle with the Skåne, not sure what it is. I see the potential but always find myself either having minimal impact or getting killed off
Tbh on the IJN video the other day I commented and said I liked them. I've realized I actually don't. I apologize if I aggravted you with that comment. Pan Euro seems to be more of my playstyle. I've tried the German line and Italian as well. Hate German DDs with a passion.
@@Dr_GhostYTbuild for accuracy with Von Hipper, Cunningham and Iachino. Used it in my most recent run on Arena and was absolutely slapping people - I also thought it was trash til I tried that build. Still B Tier but way better than I expected!

Generally you shouldn't sell ships since they could always buff it in the future but the choice is yours.
