SF is too expensive to live in and it has too many homeless people… I do go to SF 1 or 2 times a year to shopping and see family. The house price is triple now it’s totally ridiculous! The house is not worth for that kinda price. Over millions for the house no front or back yard and no garage usually. You can buy a lot nicer house from others city by get out of Bay Area get the house has front and back yard plus 2 cars garage less than million .

Most often they outbid you ten of thousands of dollar and with cash. Hard to complete with them because they offered all cash buyout of property.
