Sir, pt of T2 DM on metformin 200mg bd and glimepiride 1mg Bd comes with hyperglycemia so we advice a serum creatine to make sure whether serum creatinine is in normal levels and then increase the dose of metformin but what to do for the hyperglycemia spike at present do we use Insulin or do we give him another dose of sulphonylureas ?
