@@hiddenjapan1698 honestly, everyone watching can see how much you are enjoying yourself while giving the tour. And when you enjoy what you are doing the people around you will also feel excited. And I like how you are giving tours to places that locals go to.
Shizzy is shining like always but i really love here that there are real people.. no fancy stuff, no business catalog men, the host is little bit on the "big" side. i just love the authenticity here. thank you
Definitely enjoying these last few series , bar food , meeting new people and drinking lots of beer . So fun !!!! Content just keeps getting better every time . Keep up the work you guys !!
Always great to see sights and good food, thanks so much for sharing. Surely do missed Japan’s atmosphere and someday to visit Osaka. Stay blessed and stay safe
Super Tamade! Great memories… Taught English in Izumisano and lived in Sakai and Sumiyoshi Taisha areas, back in 2006-2007. Great experiences eating and drinking on weekends, and shopping at Tamade after work.
Hello! Shizuka Levy did the great job introducing the traditional Izakaya, Tachinomiya, Kushikatsuya. For other options, I would recommend some different places to feel and taste genuine Osaka. the Minho Craft beer pub(prize winning Osaka craft beer and the food) An Japanese style Italian restaurant in Showa era looking place, and the Unagi restaurant the one of the most famous one in Osaka. 1. Beer Belly Tenma (My recommendation is Kawachi (Osaka) Duck (TATAKI) 2. Ura Hiroya (Japanese style Italian(especially Sea food) menu is wonderful) 3. Unagi Jinta (Famous Osaka style of Unagi Eel)) For your reference, for the next time if it comes.
Just in case anyone here got confused, in Japanese cuisine, horse meat is actually called sakuraniku(or 桜肉 which means sakura meat due to the pink colour), basashi(or 馬刺し which means horse sashimi) is name of the dish of raw horse meat served with soya sauce like sashimi. If you find sakuraniku(桜肉) in yakiniku restaurants, then it is called baniku(or 馬肉 which means horse meat) or bagushi(or 馬串 which means horse skewers). Wish to know more? The bad thing for tourists is at most of these places the menus are in Japanese and most times written on the wall so it's hard to order when you can't read the menu.
I have found in Japan it is really racist. They don’t let foreigners into some bars and some izakaya which are reserved only for Japanese people. I’ve never seen this before in other countries. Is there a reason why this happen?
@Thyda Cooking TV is the winner of our giveaway campaign! Congratulations! Thank you to everyone who participated.

Good choice of area :)

I was prepared to propose marriage to Shizuka after watching her for the first time.

But you didn't eat the raw horse?
LETS GOOOOOOO I HATE HORSES
I saw people in that area lol. My friend called the cops. Japan ain’t too safe
Oishi!
Raw Horse? Neigh it ain't so! :D
Why aren't the local Japanese offering tours? Wouldn't they know the city better than non-Japanese locals?
i want to join this tour
I find it weird that a foreigner is the guide of this tour
He's very knowledgeable though and I'm impressed. Maybe because he speaks English? I'm guessing his tour is mostly for tourists.
LOL Japanese guy video bombing
You never ate the horse meat. Click bait video.
江角マキコ似の素敵な女性ですね。
I have found in Japan it is really racist. They don’t let foreigners into some bars and some izakaya which are reserved only for Japanese people. I’ve never seen this before in other countries. Is there a reason why this happen?
I don’t think I could or would eat horse meat. Just sayin.
Horse meat!? No
jeans. with. no. belt. ocd fashion sense triggered.
Is it important to you to wear a belt? I always thought belts were needed if the jeans need to be a little tighter around the waist 👖
