- A couple of months ago I set a goal for myself, the goal to get rank 1 on each race on the Battlenet ladder! Orc and Human rank 1 were achieved, but Night elf and Undead failed me... But, a new season just started! So let's try again, and start spamming NE games!

Finally! I enjoy watching Night Elf the most, especially knowing that it is a really hard challenge for Grubby being not that comfortable with the race.

whoa that first game punishment felt so satisfying to watch because of clearly this evidence was delivered. So eye opening. It seemed like a cheat code literally. Pure beauty.
2nd game: Grubby, a great wc3 champion of ancient times losing trade massively against some very simple NPC units that you can't even call an AI. Also if only you had kept the runed bracers xD
Still an impressive win showing bears superiority against a unit they themselves can not attack...

Watching some Grubby in the morning has became a routine. Its oddly satisfying watching someone great at this game. I tried playing the other day and got my ass whooped by an insane computer :0 GGs

If you look at the minimap at 21:17, it was a triple expand :D
its funny to see how grubby changes when he goes into his competitor mindset instead of his training mindset, he talked about it in another video. Suddenly he feels schadenfreude for the mistakes of his enemy, he gets angry at mistakes, he gets mean towards his opponent. his whole mindset changes so that he is more arrogant. you clearly see how he is actually not f-ing around anymore and really wants to win. this ladys and gentlemen is a competitor that can "turn IT on" whatever "it" is in athletes that lets them go out and perform. he is like the sharks in finding nemo smelling blood in the water :D
Hey grubby I wanted to discuss something that's been bugging me for a while which is "what is negative armor?", if we take the face value of it and say 0 armor unit is an unit that is bare naked, not even clothing just naked and the more armor we add the more...well clothing he has. so for example 10 armor means that a unit has plated steel armor or something like that....then if so...what is negative armor? A lich with Orb that reduce it could be explained with the latter having corrosive properties that melt the armor...but then again what about a unit with 0 value armor that get hit by the orb, does that mean his skin get melted so it takes more damage ? Does having negative armor means you are too fat to wear armor which makes it easier to get hit ?
... I don't know, this is all so confusing,I'd rather play chess.

FYI on TM you should always build your altar on the north side if you’re creeping lab. This is a ~5 second difference that matters.

Edit: Oh no, I was typing this as I watched, and I just saw Moon's wrath reach through the veils of time to indirectly cause Grubby to lose his AoW in this game, so many years later :O

Rip fighting by wall with only 1 tree to eat.
I'm ashamed to say that, once again, your WC3 content has caused me to start learning the game again. build orders against NPCs are first, but I need to get my APM up to work with scouting and adapting with counterplay. for now t2 rush Dark Ranger > PotM is gonna teach me how to play.
