I believe this story is real as I had a hamster who kept leaping 10 ft from off the shelf, got into the oven, ate styrofoam... repeatedly... and still lived 7 years.

This works so well with Tanaka...but I've only ever seen Nagito as Dan, so it's a weird feeling. Not an unpleasant one, though. XD
+Tina Dark Yeah, same here. Tanaka is perfect for this story but Dan (whom I know only through these sprite videos) seems like a more chill weirdo (like Komaeda or Amami) than a badass chūnibyou weirdo like Tanaka.

I have a mouse and sometimes I put it in a hamster ball and let it run around for a while. Sure, it gets stuck in between a door sometimes but at least it has a way to roam free.
And then I have the snake Houdini. She's like a damn ninja. Slither into a corner and have us look for her for an hour. If she didn't pop her head up when I walked passed, I wouldn't have found her.
Pets: Truly, a pain in our asses.

This fits Gundham shockingly well. Not only is it a story about forming a deep emotional connection with a hamster, but it also perfectly encapsulates the same moral as his sacrifice chapter 4.

What happened?
I had a hamster and it used to get on my hand and try to hug my finger. It also queaked at me every day before I went to school. When she died I got depressed and cried for 3 days.
My hamster bit me whenever I took her out of her cage. First I thought she just didn't like me but this video made me understand even more. The cage was too small, she had no hamsterball to explore my home and my family is loud. She had no freedom at all so I hope she is doing well now that she left. She died two days ago and I burried her with a small box. I didn't cry but I felt really bad when I found her in her lil house dead. R.I.P. Jun.

What I love most about this is that not only does this story perfectly match well with Gundhams taste but it also lets the same message at the end of the video reflect well with the same ideals gundham had himself. This video was accurate in so many ways more than one and reminds me truly of the 4th class trial
