Daisy is by far my favorite Mario princess, Nintendo just did her so dirty with making her catchphrase her introducing herself. I love the sports spinoffs because her personality is so evident!! Love that girl
Daisy needs her own game, and so dose her Kingdom. If I could convince Miyamoto to do so, I would want a game like "Stronghold". Imagine: Tatanga has returned once more to conquer Sarasaland. With Mario away saving Peach (once again), it would be up to Daisy (and Luigi?) to lead her people in the defense of their homeland.
We didn't need another girly princess, so it was obvious Nintendo gave Daisy a makeover. Daisy may be still a clone of Peach being her Echo Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but it was considered an apology for never having Daisy get playable appearances in the 1990's especially when people took her the wrong way due to her Peach-like design when she first appeared.
Rachel Rembecki actually peach was the clone daisy was actually made before her and as the first game shows mario used to save her and then they wanted daisy as a cool brave loud "HI IM DAISY!!!" Tomboy girl to give her some personality. So they decided to make peach so mario could still save somebody
sometimes I think its funny that luigi and daisy are more fun and more interesting while Mario and peach are just the complete opposite from luigi and daisy.
I love that about them. Mario and Peach gotta be the bland corporate Faces of Nintendo and be kinda straight forward. Luigi and Daisy get to be quirky and lovable.
Tername _ Rosalina's personality is reserved and elegant, lol. She's actually the only one of the three princesses who has a decent backstory, if a backstory exists at all for the other two. In my opinion, I think Peach is the most bland of the three despite how much I like her.
Tername _ When compared to someone like Daisy, I can see how Rosalina seems boring, lol. I think her elegance is her strong suit, though. Acting incredibly hyper would be pretty out of place for her, but she does get fairly energetic in games like Mario Kart and Mario Party.
As someone who was first introduced to her in Mario Kart DS as a five-year-old, her older design looks weird but cool to me lol Tbh I prefer her current design just because it’s what I’m used to 😅

Man, I actually miss Daisy's look, voice and personality from Mario Party 3. I can understand them completely changing her look, voice and personality, so she's different from Peach. But I miss that Daisy. xD
Old Daisy was actually way more original in her own right. The dress, her tanned skin, her long hair. It's the new daisy that's almost a carbon copy of Peach with the exception of her voice and personality. They got lazy by giving her the exact same dress, just color swapped 😑 I too miss old daisy

Daisy has been my fave since the first Mario Party game I saw her in. I honestly think people would respond well to Daisy having a game of her own or the least being part of a new Mario platform lineup. Can we just stop and appreciate how badass 0:43 is? Daisy all the way.

in Super Mario Land, Daisy is just another Princess Peach. in Mario Kart: Double Dash, she can be broken down to one line: "Hi, I'm Daisy!". However, in every other game, she has more personality than any other character could ever dream of having.
Look, I’m not saying that she has to go back to being a damsel in distress, but I really really want her to be a prominent character in one of the main series games again. Imagine a Luigi‘s Mansion game where Daisy calls upon Luigi because something akin to a haunting is happening in her castle. She pegs him as the resident “ghost expert,” but maybe she accompanies him or keeps in communication to let him know where something’s amiss. If it’s the former, it would be a great opportunity for co-op play.
I'm not gonna lie, I was first introduced to Daisy thanks to Mario Party 5, so when I heard her voice change, I was like. "What the hell happen to her voice, it sounds so obnoxious!" Now I can't unhear it because it just BECAME her voice, it gave her character and wasn't just a copy of Peach. It made her sassy, energetic and clearly doesn't take anyone's crap.
