    Description: Footage showing scenic tour of the high mountains with snow-capped peaks, rocky gorges and tree-lined slopes. Also including shots of Gurkha celebration on return to home village and young man holding aloft a sports shield, mountain village life, the wool trade, the transport of wool by donkey, and mountain sheep herd being driven for shearing. Tour through Upper Garhwal, showing scenic journey through high mountain country, villages in the mountains and local village life, rope bridges over wide rivers, and European being carried in litter down the mountainside. Also includes shots of weaving and preparation of wool by local woman in the courtyard of a village house. High mountain scenery covered in snow, a person skiing and tobogganing, shots of Sherpa porters, and mountain villages. Following some brief views of public buildings in Delhi, the film then shows scenes in the UK of children playing and attending a gymkhana in the grounds of English country house.
