How much could they offer him, so he won't say no. And elevate him to assistant head coach. Because with the tandem KOC - BFlo on the sidelines it is as if there are two head coaches, one for each side of the ball.
I don't think people disagree with KOC being an innovative playcaller. Critics are just pointing out holes. Even the best have blind spots or can develop tendencies where opponents may try to exploit.
And he has to have the personal to call certain plays. Like the run game: you don't want to overwork Aaron Jones, who was the same draft class as Dalvin Cook. You want to utilize him when you need him. Hope either Jones returns or they find a good RB. And keep Akers, as they would trade for him anyways.
