Defcon Knives Fulcrum Lite - the leverage lock is cool but I can't recommend the knife

I bought this knife for the leverage lock mechanism. A leverage lock is the spawn of a liner lock + button lock. It's cool and it's better than a button lock IMO.
However, this particular knife has major flaws. It may all be due to the micarta scales. The knife feels very flimsy but beyond that, the pocket clip is STRAIGHT UP UNUSABLE because a single screw just does not cut it.

Revive model by Defcon is legit. Good steel. Great size. Do a review please.
