Your electroplated wheel is mounted eccentrically. ALL electroplated wheels are mounted eccentrically. What’s that mean? It means that you’ll be banging on the wheel point of the wheel - until that wheel gradually wears in. We want to reduce that banging time. How? By using a dial gauge to indicate-in our wheel.
