I am incredibly excited for this series but I don't want to be spoiled, so to ensure the algorithm doesn't hate this series I'm definitely going to be putting the episodes to play in 1% volume. (Except for the first one 🙂)
Why 1%? Does the algorithm pick it up if you mute the tab the video's in or something?
@@JordanBl On Twitch it knows you aren't watching if you both are tabbed out and have it in mute so I assume RUclips would be the same. At 1% volume the algorithm and still assume you're listening to part is the video, even if you can't really hear it. But if you're in a different tab, and there is no audio then the video might as well not be playing

The first ending only takes about 6-8 hours to get, and at the rate Tyler is going, if you play maybe 2 hours worth, you should be set for a while

So refreshing watching someone play this game that instantly picks up on all the hints this game has, unlike other creators. You’ve done it again Mr. Rock!

shoutout to the editors for editing this SO WELL. five minutes in and the moving of the facecam ALONE is so good and perfectly timed to his speaking as well
And the green visual cue as to where he's entering a level AND the fadeout of the facecam when something important was shown underneath. Awesome QoL edits.

Ah, Animal Well by George Farm, a classic.
It's fun watching Tyler play having already played through a few hours myself. Tyler started with a different area than I did. And I immediately went left in that first room.
This game is lots of fun. I've put in a few hours now and found so many secrets. Awesome game. 10/10

The editors have managed to clue us in to the nature of Aliensrock. From this statement we can infer two things.
There are several Tylers.
They instinctually begin recording and solving puzzles immediately upon being created.
I wish that Tyler would finish his remaining games such as Veggie Quest

You have no idea how much zooming in on the beginning of the game for comedic effect actually helped.

I've put in a good chunk of time, I think this falls more in the metroidbrainia side than the metroidvania side. More than just finding items you have to discover novel ways to use them or how they interact with the world.

Wow! I did the dog/disc very very late into my playthrough. Hilarious to see what youve encountered and I hadn't. The candle you lit first was the last candle I lit.

I want to add that while the game seems like a pretty standard metroidvania, it's more like tunic in that it's much deeper than it seems.

it looks like the candles are used to stop those spirits from spawning in that room as the candles only appear after defeating them.
I have put about 12 hours into Animal Well and the game is just fantastic. 10/10.
Some feedback for the editors on this one: I think the low-res art-style of the game makes zooms feel more intense than they actually are, so I'm requesting lowering the zoom intensity!

Tyler, just letting you know that one of the extremely late game puzzles (like post 100% completion late game) required a community effort to solve, so if you’re planning on going deep into the well, you’re allowed to look that one up. It has to do with a mural somewhere, you’ll know it when you find it.
