Great stuff, both melody and bass! I play on an old A/D Hohner 2915, I got it changed into C#/D long ago by the regretted accordeon maker Bernard Loffet. I love C#/D for the possibilities it offers with respect to bass playing. I even added a low D drone...
@@Dragonkin7 Yes I can, with the left thumb. The drone is not completely stable because of the push-pull inherent to diatonic accordeon, but it however works pretty well.
Hello, great playing. I had the exact same GC accordion converted to BC by Martin QUINN and sold to Paddy CLANCY, I should have converted it to C # / D when I hear the sound, great
@@Mr.Button_It Hello, you are a great accordion player, any model, 1 row, 2 row and chromatic. I was wondering if you are an accordion repairman and seller as there are several on the shelf behind you? your accordion is a BC box or C#D box ?
@@Mr.Button_It hello Anders, what country are you in?.Irish boxes are hard to find in Australia, strange as we are an anglo -celtic colony country. But quint boxes are common.IM looking for a d,c#_thanks
Hi, there! You're a great player. We at Zeke & The Kiddos in the US are looking for somebody to record the melodeon / accordion parts for an original Irish shanty in our production. The arrangement is already written. Dare you become a session musician? Let us know! Thanks so much in advance.

Great stuff Anders
Not only am I jealous of your talent, I'm jealous of the $15,000 worth of musical instruments on display.
35 years+ playing, 25 years+ collecting, 15 year+ restoring but I might let them go for 10+ ;)
Great stuff, as always, Anders. Hope you and the family are all well - maybe Miltown next year, who knows ? :) Kenny
Love it! A bit of JJ Kimmel in there with the East Galway style?
