Oh guys I've fallen in love with this type of lessons where you don't need a pen or paper all you have to do is to start to open your mouth and move your tongue
If someone hands you a pen when you want a pencil, you wouldn't emphasize "the", you would emphasize "pencil"..... A better example might be if you told your friend "Taylor Swift is following me on instagram!" and they asked "really? are you sure it's not a fake?" and your emphasis is "No, I checked. It's THE Taylor Swift!!"

This is my fear to although not as worse as yours seem to me. Yknow what dont stress a lot. We've plenty of resources so give 5 minutes to English everyday and it'll do wonders.
