A lot of people love bringing up other gg name saying they're on the same level as mamamoo?? They might be better individually tho but not as a group! None of the group mentioned are as versatile as mamamoo. They can't do acapella as good as mamamoo and their line distributions are not as equally fair as mamamoo. There will always be one member who overshadow the others. Their songs also didn't help show off their actual strength. So no, none of the group even come close to mamamoo. We're talking about them as a whole right now. Even other celebrity when they talk about mamamoo, they'll talk about how they sing live, which we don't see them saying the same about other groups tho. Mamamoo is on a whole another level right now and they're setting the bar really high for this current generation.

Mamamoo is the one of the best GGs in the kpop history. They may not be 'that' worldwide famous but they are a huge treasure in kr. 💜

Wheein: Soft sweet like a crystal ball that enlightening the song up and I really love her harmony skill so sooo much
Moonbyul: Her deep husky voice means a lot for the song plus that perfect rapping
Hwasa: Her adlib is something lit. Just like she owns the song her way
Solar: Perfect pitch and perfect beat. She is the one who gathers the whole song together

I've said it before and I'll say it again; Mr. Ambiguous was the strongest girl group debut of this generation. Periodt.
Tbh I missed this style of theirs. They moved to a more pop sounding title tracks these past comebacks. Mr. Ambiguous and Piano Man are my all time favorite songs from them.

There's a group that i won't mention, but their fans like to say that they are proud of them because coming from a small company, they were able to become really succesful. I personally think that Mamamoo really fits that image and in a more powerful way. They really started from the bottom, and using only their talent they were able to get where they are now. They really went from being completely unknown to becoming one of the most popular girl groups right now, and i know they will get a lot more of success, because they are some of the most genuine and talented idols and they deserve it.

However, in my personal opinion, I don't think MMM is 'struggling' any more. Right now, they are one of the hottest gg's in SK, each member has a successful solo career, high album sales and many music show wins/awards, lots of promo deals and CFs, and they're making good money too! They're HUGE celebrities in SK right now. (which makes me even more happy for them!! 💕) 'Global fame' is not the only thing. 😁 And also, in my defense, there is no reason for me to "shut up". The original comment was secretly mentioning another group, and I just innocently gave my own suggestion about who that group could be. 😁

Edit: For me personally, I have a special attachment to Mr. Ambiguous. It is the song that made me fall in love (and I mean FALL IN LOVE HARD) to Mamamoo and Kpop in general. After all, it is the first (and maybe the last) Kpop Blues (yes, its structure is a classic 12-Bar Blues) that I’ve found.

I’d also like to recommend Lovelyz and Seventeen. Mamamoo are my absolute ultimate bias group but I’ve discovered that these two along with BTOB also have beautiful harmonies and vocals that I think you might like. I don’t think they get noticed enough. :)
Then you should check out Seventeen, they even performed Decalcomanie in their own style and I absolutely love it
@@TheMouse9999 I've watched their cover and unfortunately I think they failed. It doesn't sound good to me. Usually other artists' cover of MMM's songs are always not that good I think it's because MMM's song is really hard
@@mentallyillustrate I acknowledge them but not really a fan of their music because for me they always bring the same style of songs like there's a lack of versatility compared to MMM but yeah they're undeniably good

This setting is rlly like late night show kinda vibe. Mamamoo girls deserve to be on one of the late night shows and have more recognition internationally.

Kpop has never seen an idol group at these levels of vocals, ever. Most groups have a main vocalist, often one just above average, but Mamamoo has 3 outstanding and excellent vocalists. PLUS one of the best rappers of this generation. The charisma in each of the members as they perform is unmatched by any other girl group. Their stages really are something special
Don't forget Moon is also a vocalist. She just so happen to rap. Also all the rest also know how to rap. Moon just has the voice, that i love
@@cherissetillman8973 Yeah, Moon actually thought about debuting as a solo singer, but the company wanted her to be a rapper in MMM, because a group with 4 vocalists are not as diversified. She has great vocals too :)
and yes, Hwasa is also an excellent rapper. I haven't seen the other 2 rap but their vocals alone are enough to slay everyone.

Either way, being a rapper among 3 excellent vocalists hurted her confidence a lot. Now she's really proud and grateful for being able to debut with the group :D She has a chance to let her vocals shine once in a while too
I'm a moomoo, but there are a number of other groups with multiple amazing vocalists. An example can be Tvxq's 5 member line-up, everyone was a good vocalist right from their debut, including their main rapper Mickey Yoochun. Yes, Mamamoo are talented and exceptional in their own way, but it would be wrong to say no other group is

I really like MAMAMOO as a whole, as in, from the CEO to staffs. They really care avout each other. They are so down to Earth, and the CEO-Nim really supports every member. He even supports their beagleness. RBW Family! Hwaiting!!
