Josh looks so proud when she talks about the limp fries. Like you can tell he was just so excited she understood the goal and appreciated it. I love seeing Josh getting to be a chef and other professionals picking up what he's putting down. The man is chaos but self contained. He is lightening that has screwed the cap onto the bottle himself and sometimes he just opens it and flies around and creates a fantastic light show via food.

Taco meatloaf is near and dear to my heart. Thirty years ago, my mom was making her meatloaf with taco seasoning when I was a kid because I hated regular meatloaf.
this is so cool! I can't wait to get my copy. Also I was cracking up at using the cold beef to protect you from the hot onions, because that is exactly how my mom taught me to make meatloaf. She was straight up like "Never ever are you going to have the patience to wait for these to cool. Just dump them in, squish the beef over them, and let them reach equilibrium. Or burn your hands anyway and keep going, idk." Yet another way the Mythical Kitchen recipes feel like home, lol

The lomo saltado-wich looks great, but I feel like he misrepresented the Peru-Philadephia Wars of 1896. The main conflict was between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
Peru 's influence was critical, and while it was allied with Philadelphia originally, most remember how they brokered a treaty by inventing Lomo Saltado, creating common ground between Philadelphia (cheesesteak) and Pittsburgh (putting fries on your sandwiches).
Sadly, the northern cities quickly lost much of the seasoning in their adaptions, while Peruvians (more wisely) decided the bread was the unimportant part.
I said it on the GMM announcement, but I'll say it here too... Thank you for this and I genuinely hope you all win high praise and accolades for this!

Legally they can’t as the items are still owned by the companies.
meatloaf in a bunt pan is a great way to make it, you get more surface area and therefore more crust which is the best part.

Audio engineer here. You should place microphones at the stations to capture the sounds of cooking. By the cutting board and the pan. Immersive experience, obviously as ambient noise underneath Josh's voice. Thinking piezos hidden away or shotgun microphones behind the frame.

I have used the pulp of ash gourds and chicken meat pulled from stock with a little bit of flour to make a low carb meat loaf.
