What a great actor and artist. He's the rare actor who became a leading man in Hollywood without selling out even once. up there with day-lewis and oldman. legend.
I've seen that movie 3 times and want to rewatch again soon. I love Viggo and there is something else about that movie that pulls me back again and again.
a movie that has left a lifetime imprint; especially that Frank T Hokpins' life was brought to the forefront as well as the Mestenos or Mustangs, thank you!
viggo seems like a cool dude, it's just unfair that he dos'nt get as much credit as he deserves, he's still a pretty dang good actor though, and an underrated one too
I loved this movie: funny as an Indiana Jones -much better than the 4th!-; Omar Sharif remember me all the good old western and middle eastern movies, the tempo was on time, the end near the sea...it has a some touched of The Alchemist...amazing movie!!
Hearing about the horse's personality is interesting. It really did come through in the movie. Viggo must have also benefitted from his experience in Lord of the Rings with the horses in that, switching between that and Hildalgo.
Viggo's interview = ASMR

His voice is like James Dean!
His face is like Kirk Douglas!
His versatility is like Gary Oldman!

What was his best role? I loved him in a History Of Violence. Eastern Promises, I don’t really get the acclaim for .
