What a great mix! Such great music for such a great film! It's my favorite Bond film! I don't fast forward over a single scene, not one! It's the best!
Not mediocre at all. You have to look at the movie in the context of the time and circumstances in which it was written and what themes were prevalent at the box office at the time (2001, A Space Oddity, Bullitt, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and Midnight Cowboy). I saw a program that illustrated the writing process for the James Bond movies, and they took much from the tenor of the times. -- The Wint and Kidd characters were a bold move as well as Bloefeld in drag. -- The chase scene in Las Vegas was clearly inspired by Bullitt -- This film contained much more farce but appeared to be the direction the writers were taking the series instead of hardcore action or storytelling (OHMSS) It was said many cost savings had to be made in this movie to pay the enormous asking price Sean Connery demanded.
Un verdadero arte las reproducciones de los frentes de los LP (en aquella época).artistas gráficos especializados en dibujo lineal a mano, y coloreados de la misma forma. Otros tiempos sin tanta sofisticación.
I kind of agree because David Arnold's scores did a great job harkening back to John Barry. And I do give Goldeneye a pass because it was trying to do something different that went along with the early-to-mid 90s. Still not as good as Barry and Arnold's scores.
I like your final line ... A very true sentiment that it's taken hindsight to finally accept................Bond ended with LTK....the rest was just a cash-grab of ever declining quality and scope (at least according to me) ...and yes, the Wint and Kidd theme is one of the best ever!

I’m a Big James Bond Fan,…Thanks for this video

The string sections on this score are.so otherworldly! Thank you John Barry (RIP🙏).

Very mediocre film but a fantastic soundtrack from John Barry saved it into a brilliant 007 movie!
Agreed. One of the lesser Connery entries, although still memorable and top notch score.

It was a mediocre film which was paled into comparison in the early Bond movies which were all classics. The incredible soundtrack saved this film.

Awesome job XD Productions, thank you!

Mr. Kidd did you see the children's faces ❤
Precisely…
The only thing missing is Shirley Bassey singing the title track
I don't understand I thought she did sing the main track
Mr. Wint and Mr. Kidd is such an awesome track. But then all James Bond Movies and Scores up to the last entry "Licence To Kill" are.

Dave Arnold did a great job but John Barrys music is on another planet!

The story was good but they cut back in production.great score.only so much money to spend.
What did they cut?
Great soundtrack but horrendous plot. Connery's presence made the movie.
