The restaurant offers a choice of domestic and foreign meats, and its tonkatsu is popular at lunchtime at a relatively reasonable price.
The deep-frying method is unique, with the meat being fried rare in oil at less than 100 degrees Celsius, and then the batter is fried at a higher temperature to crispy perfection.
As explained by the restaurant staff, this method of frying produces a moist, tender, juicy cutlet that retains its flavor.
