Punishments for Abetment is very over-complicated in Indian Penal code, but in this video, you will find an easy categorization of all the punishment for abetment.
In the end of the video after I explain Section 119 for a public servant.
the next two sections are 118 and 120 , but I wrote 118-119 by mistake.
please don't get confused.
it is supposed to be sections 118 and 120

In section 112, as per the bare Act abettor shall only be liable if he knew(Reasonably foresee) that abetted will grievously hurt the policeman. But as per your example abettor shall be liable for both the offence and it will be deemed that he reasonably foresee. Example in Bare act says the “abetted person” shall be liable for both the offences, and abettor shall only be liable if he reasonably foresee.
thank you soo much sir for making law students life simpler🙏

IPC 107 to ipc 108 please make the video this the basic
Thank you so muchhh! Made it very simple to understand
U made it very organised. .
But just one doubt... Please clear the difference between sec 114 and 34...
And are the punishments important from judiciary point of view?
141 is unlawful assembly, in wich the points given should cover to constitute common object (149). This section imposes liability just by being a member of unlawful assembly wish creates an offence.
And
Section 34 does not creates offence in itself, it only lays down principles
34
@@nazmaahmed3222 sir you've misinterpreted 114 for 141
34...common intention m jitne persons ka common intention h...un sab ka koi na koi active role jrur hota h...koi na koi participation....but 114 m active role (actus reus) ki need nhi h....sirf waha present hona hi kafi h...jaha crime hua...
it is really vry helpful for making notes and your teaching skills are fantastic, amazing keep it up we are supporting you for more videos ..BIG THANKS 🙏
really a easy way to understood one of the typical part of IPC, very helpful, plz keep it up.

sir your teaching is impressive. Please make one correction. During section 118 & 120, in the slide it is wrtitten 118 and 119. ... and 119 you have already explained for public servant. please make this correction. kind regrds
Thank u so much sir....I love ur whole videos and ur way of explanation is so simple and praiseworthy...one think I observed that u started ur video with enthusiasm but at the end ..u feel down...share vare to kya karoge .but really sir thanks to u.
14:20 Sec 115 cannot be attracted because it says when the offence not committed. So, sec 109 simply attract.
Oh bhai bhai maza agya padh kr 🥺🥺🥺 sir please more ipc videos laao
Bht maja aaya even itna simple kabhi nhi smjh aata
I think its not right if one doesnt hit like button even when he actually likes the video
SO NICELY AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED
Mst laga samjh m v ayya... 4 baar dekha yaad ho gaya. Thanks
Sir I am not agree with you on one point for section 115 Part two - where you mentioned that if abettor not reasonably foresee and different hurt caused... Here as per my limited understanding it is simply meaning that only any hurt is caused after abetment, abettor is punished for 14 yrs...
Bas aaj ek bdhiya Abetment ka question aa jaye exam pura likh dungi 😂... very informative video thankyou 🙏🙏
Sir Kasam se maja aagya concept clear ho gya
thank you for your awesome videos u saved meee
you are very easy explain sir

sir you had explained in a very easy way.
thank you so much sir.
Well explained sir. Tusi Great ho.
Thank you sir
Nice video sir
Thanku sir its vry useful for all law student 🙏thanku so much
Re read the example that you gave for S 112. Illustration padho bare act ka. Here A would be liable for both the offences whereas B would be liable only for the first offense. If B knew that A would grievously hurt the policeman then he's liable for both the offences.
Re watch the video, dhyan se suno jo bol raha hu aur jo likha hai slide main, i said the exact thing which is written in the illustration, if A knew that B was likely (if he can reasonably foresee) he will be liable.
@@YGLAW Gotcha!👍

Sec- 119, Public servant
Under Punish with death or life imprisonment :-
When crime is committed:- upto 10 yrs.
But when crime is not committed what will be the punishment...
He has mentioned, then 1/4th punishment will be given
