By the Footage and the lyrics i can understand they mean to say not everything is perfect in scandinavian countries unlike the impression many have from afar, so as a person who doesn't know much abount scandinavian countries what's wrong with the "scandinavian dream"?

As much as I enjoy the song I cant figure out how I’m meant to interpret the message. A good system thats not perfect, where most stick to hard rutine trying to be morally good and responsible when so many elsewhere dont even bother? And that PC curveball felt a bit odd, I guess being sensitive and empathetic to others struggles is s bad thing? As I said I enjoyed the music but the message is so muddy it just feels like you’re complaining for the sake of wanting a song with a rebellious/anti-authoritarian feel to it that just ends up feeling hollow as hell instead

I think it's a criticism of the authoritarian attitude to solving all problems in society, which is what the scandinavian "welfare" system is based on. This system reduces extreme poverty, but at the same time the individual loses his freedom as almost everything must be done through some government program ("get with the program at once"), and it becomes increasingly expensive on the tax payers until they can't afford to live ("the hole in your wallet is raving"). If you read what's been happening in nordic countries in the recent years, it's exactly this. The PC thing is probably referring to the people who were prosecuted for "hate speech" after they criticised some government policies, although the lyric is a bit confusing so I'm not sure.
For me it's about mass migration. Sweden is becoming third world country by influx of immigrants who aren't expected to do the basis. There is a huge crime raise including violence towards women, no-go zones, army need to help the police, gang shootings, bombings, currently immigration crisis in Sweden is escalating towards Denmark and there are rumors that border will be shut down. Sweden is one of the most unsafe countries in Europe currently. That country was one of the most safest in Europe and now it's the grape capital city. Great achievement! Yet those people at least until recently had the audacity to preach to the others, especially when they've considered them as lower e.g. Eastern Europeans who don't have such problems.
