Ashley Renne If you get the chance to visit again, try to do some whale watching and scuba diving as well. Can highly recommend it :) Brilliant vlog by the way !!!! Subscribed !!!
I love the art and landscape in Sigirya only sad part is that the tourists get ripped off bt the extravagant fees. I discovered my fee was Rupees 2400 while my friend who was Sri Lankan paid only Rupees 40. It is these little things that spoil a glorious tour. E.g. Maldive Islands nearby have very little to offer yet 4 times as many tourists go there.
I never thought to visit Sri Lanka but now after watching this I'm stunned. Would love to go one day😍 I really love the secret place you want and the ruins you climbed up for the mountain view.
Oh my gosh Sri Lanka looks beautiful! I'd love to visit the tea factory and gardens too. Heavenly! And great videography work like always, you're amazing!
艸香侑紀 I'm excited for you!! Sri Lanka has been a dream of mine for quite some time. It's a very diverse country. So many things to do and I rarely say this, but I want to go back and explore more!
Wow camping in style!! We would love to go on a safari and camp outside with that company in Sri Lanka! And that monastery was just wooow! I have to say Sri Lanka never really caught my attention before I saw your video, it looks like such a fascinating country!
I just love your travel videos! So inspiring and gives me the motivation to get up and go! Never thought about visiting Sri Lanka...may have to add it to my list. Thanks for sharing!🤗
Aww thanks so much for watching my travel vids 😍 So happy you enjoy them. Sri Lanka is incredible and this is just a small taste of it. I hope you do go one day.
I am a Srilankan, 🇱🇰 and after looking at this vedio I just miss Srilanka so much right now. I always love my mother country Srilanka. Waiting for the next holiday to go back there.
Absolutely breathtaking. I would love to do all those things in the near future. Ofcourse the blessings of family (Mom) makes it more special. Thank you for sharing.
It was definitely a blessing to be able to bring my mom. I hadn't seen her in a year and she hasn't take a vacation in sooo long. Thanks for watching! I hope you do visit Sri Lanka one day 🤗
Lot of tourists coming to see my lovely country but sad thing is lot of tourists don't know where they need to see.. Lot of tourists going same famous places every time.... But im telling my country has tons of beautiful places to see... Im glad some places you visited in this video are not famous among tourists.. Now they can know about this places... We warmly welcome you all to our little country... But please be kind to help us maintain our country environment...
One thing. Sri Lanka is a buddhist and Slinhala speaking country. tamils and muslim came very recently. So dont use the word "most favorite" to buddhism. Thank you for visiting Sri Lanka. Hope you give respect this amazing land
Wow! You made amazing video! Sri Lanka is so beautifull :) We will go to Sri next mounth. Would you tell me a name of that place (7:22)? We will want to go there :)

Thank you for depicting my home country so beautifully! Also you are one of the few people I have seen who haven’t butchered the pronunciation of the places, except Sigiriya. It truly is as beautiful as you described it and I hope you visit again!
This is a great video! However it would’ve been even more helpful if you named the city each of these attractions is located. I’m trying to determine which cities I should visit in Sri Lanka.
I greatly appreciate your video.this is my mother land, its awesome video. if you don't mind can i post this video for my fb page with your approval.i want to show my motherland nice views to my people how you capture it.thanks bro, good job.come again.
Next time don't forget to visit more beautiful hill country places like Nuwara eliya , Habutale, Ella (by train), Sambuwatha lake ( amazing natural lake top of a mountain) , Kithulgala ( water rafting), etc
ShmuelSpade Awww wow what a compliment 😍😍 that was my dream for awhile - getting on The Travel Channel. I tried a couple times but they said they wanted someone with television experience. 😞
That's a pretty BS answer from them if they've seen the quality and dedication in your RUclips videos. From camera and audio work to graphics and research you deserve a show. And you've got personality and looks to boot. They messed up.
Hi Khz, I was just going through the comments and noticed this wasn't answered. She's gone to Wilpattu National Park which is famous for Leopards & elephants. But if you wish to see Leopards specifically the best location is Yala National Park Block 01 which has the highest density of Leopards in the world. Then we have Minneriya National park where you can see a herd of more than 100+ elephants in one sight during the dry season. Also, Gal Oya, Udawalawe, Kaudulla, Wasgamuwa, Lahugala are famous for Elephants. Kumana National Park - Leopards, Elephants & Birds Bundala National Park - Birds.
All of the mentioned attractions are here in India. If you experience India once, you will experience the world. You need to be here for years in order to understand and feel the oldest civilization, the most incredible and most cultural diversified country of the world.
I've been enjoying watching this. We film 4k walks in cities, and it's lovely to discover how we can share and learn so much from each other through channels such as this, thank you for taking the time to add it. It's been many years since I visited and watching your film has enabled me to feel like I'm back there again. Perhaps we could subscribe to each other and look forward to sharing more content?
Heads up to those heading to Sri Lanka. It's amazing, just returned - but if you can please steer clear of places that exploit animals. Particularly Gangaramayana Temple in Colombo that has an elephant stolen from his mother kept under a carport chained up. We saw the elephant ourselves and were deeply distressed to see it and dogs being chained by the legs. So many wonderful ethical places to visit in Sri Lanka and tourist dollars talk - so travel ethically if you can x *This also includes the Temple of the Tooth that have taken elephants from their mothers. The process the use to break them in is called crushing. It's terrible cruel.
Which of the things in this video would YOU love to experience? 💚
Ashley Renne: Travel Lushes This was some of your best work yet. I wish I had been there with you. Glad you were able to show your mom a great time.
