He comes out officially in November according to that stream. But only players that have 260 of his pieces will be able to use him. You get him by doing Island battles ( Cross server Guild War that is once a month ). I only have 200 pieces so I’m still 3 months away from being able to use him.

I actually like him; he looks like a mix between G4 and TS Luffy. Of course, the base form is way better. I just think they failed to create a good connection between the base and G4 form; G4 is just there to do the finishing ult for more damage. By the way, his damage is insanely high-like, very high. Also, as you can see, Luffy uses Haki visually in every skill, but only the big foot, elephant gatling and both of his special skills actually have Haki. Visually, he looks cool, but I think he could be a bit more expressive. Overall, I think he's cool
I checked all of his skills: the only one skill that can break red shield - magnum grizzly (base form) and bazooka (g4 form); skills that cancel logia - magnum grizzly, profound of 1st skill with elephant gatling, profound of 2nd skill with Axe (huge leg) and Red Rock special and only active skill (with Bazooka) in G4 form can cancel logia, actually i checked his g4 special on akainu and it didnt work, but now i see it works, maybe some fix or i just missed💀 The thing that definitely needs to be fixed is his voice acting and the sounds of skills, for some reason they just disappear sometimes, even restarting the game doesnt help... And ye, i saw some nerfs/buffs for Arlong, Kuro and etc, thats cool.

They should do the same for Haki and armor break as well. It’s just too frustrating to check them one by one, especially since we can’t command the bot in training mode to perform a specific combo to test it out.

They have to nerf that red armour gattling. It is just a better version of franky and cavendish red armour skills. There has to be a heavy delay after to dash.

IMO base form is fun to use, there’s nthn rlly special or broken abt the unit its just fun and the in air combo is somewhat satisfying, gear 4 for me is a let down, it aint fun it’s extremely plain and simple…its not rlly worth the dfs unless u like usin luffy chars if so luffytaro would feel easy and comfortable to play with (TS Luffy & Gear 2 r farr more fun and better)

Resources are becoming increasingly scarce. The pace of character releases is accelerating, and having 2 demon fruit characters every 2 months, and 1 ticket character every 2 weeks, is impossible. That's why I need to adapt my resources to the next character releases.

Gatling is good to keep yourself in the air for a short period of time and combine it with other air skill, you can setup gatling on the enemys recovery. Giant bazooka aka magnum grizzly have a pretty decent range with haki to cancel logia and red shield, both of these skills have + and -, but for me personally magnum grizzly is better

No, the definitions of "funny" and "strong/weak" or "good/bad" are not related in any way, he has a good skill set, nice damage, some good setups, hes doing well, but thats not enough for me to rate him more than 7.5/10. Its also about first impression. Queen just impressed me, hes strong and fun, he just did something i didnt expect.
