The voice for Part 1 Naruto is surprisingly good,It seems Bandai Namco and CyberConnect didn't want to treat the English dub as a less focused/sore thumb unlike the japanese dub who all its lines were recycled from 2007-2008 or 2005 to 2016-2021. I have a problem here,Why is One tailed Fox have a seemingly normal voice out of a sudden? Looks like they used AI and didn't use a fox-like filter to make him stand out to his frightening fox-like face,nails and appearance. Looks like we were back to 2003 from Clash of Ninja where the japanese and english voice actor didn't take the fox-like raging voice in account and was changed in favor of his normal voice which didnt fit. I hope they hire the usual voice actor to slightly improve on it and then patch that.
The voices are bad dude. This is just high levels of coping. Literally they could've copied and pasted the voice lines from Storm 4 and not redub at all, except for the DLC. I rather them be lazy and recycle voice clips while sounding good instead of redubbing fresh and sounding bad
Nevermind I was wrong. You were right. He took out Naruto's ultimate that he used on Sasuke on the first phase of the final fight in storm 4. The ultimate he used is the same as the kurama link mode. But he still has it.
It's not DLC. It's a whole new game. New characters, new mechanics, new jutsus, new ultimates, new team ultimates, new special story, new history mode, brought back character customization, new voicelines(which sound rlly good in fighting but not in history mode and it sounds cool in special story), and new login.
Did they really have to redo the voice lines tho?

I miss the Sage mode combo in Storm 2 where in the end of the combo, Naruto throws them behind.
