Yes and no. It does allow for more wonky team set ups or mega-powerful synergies (like the 6 clock option boxbox had which you rarely otherwise see) But it also makes the game much more high-roll dependant. If you have 3 bad options for augments on a prismatic game, you're even more screwed than usual.

when i play level up i econ lose streak and slow level not ever lower than 50 and on level 8 you can slow roll but usually then with this augment i start winning i can get to 9 and 10 and simply win
It was painful watch you roll and roll before 10, you had a lot of time and hp to wait for econ. Everytime you press the D, it was punching my hearth. It could be ungodly broken game like 5 different legendary champ with 3 star.
