  • Hanfu(汉服) is a term used for the historical styles of clothing worn in China by the Han Chinese. Traditionally, the hanfu consisted of a robe or shirt worn as the upper garment, with a pleated skirt commonly worn as the lower garment. Following the Han dynasty, this clothing had developed into a variety of styles utilising fabrics that encompassed a number of complex textile production techniques, particularly those used to produce silk.

0:02 Some Koreans who don't study history think it's Hanbok. It's a Ming Dynasty costume. Let's go back in history, and look back at the images of the Ming kings. Korean wide-brimmed hats are influenced by the Ming Dynasty. I'm from Southeast Asia and I know this too. Korean culture is heavily influenced by China. Even the Mid-Autumn Festival, black soy sauce noodles ... in Korea also come from China

Even if they think it's HanBok you have no rights to criticize them since it's similar to their traditional cloths (I'm talking about the male one shown in the video) and as you stated it was influenced by the Ming Dynasty, but It's still Korean traditional clothing like some Japanese traditional cloths some are inspired from the Tang Dynasty why aren't you saying anything about that? You're only targeting Koreans. China influenced many countries in many ways. India stole tea from China, which changed history. No one talks about that. Only because some Koreans think it's HanBok you cannot criticize their knowledge on certain things. Would you like if people criticized your country? If not, don't do that to other countries, and people.

    • @winter3089
      @winter3089 2 года назад +6

@@xiaoyulin4008 They aren't being shameless. If you look at what he stated in his paragraph, it was inspired by the Chinese hanfu. Since it does resemble the Korean hanbok which gives them the right to get confused and mistaken it to Korean hanbok it's not something to hate on them, if you can use your brain and act your age you can understand what I'm saying, because it's called common sense sadly you don't have that, so we cannot communicate through your small brain.

no, Ming Dynasty is not the origin of the hat haha. Hats were already all over ancient Asia, and it was the Yuan Dynasty that had the greatest influence on the shape of hats in neighboring Asian countries. In the case of Korea, there were also brim hats in relics from the goguryeo(37 BC ~ 668AD), Silla period (57 BC ~ 935 AD).Silla delegations are wearing brim hats. The Yuan Dynasty is Mongolia. Hats have existed widely throughout East Asia since ancient times, and after the Yuan Dynasty, neighboring countries were greatly influenced by Yuan hat patterns. Of course, brim hats existed before the Mongol influence, but Even after being affected Each asia country has its own unique shape. In addition Although similar shapes were used, different materials were used. However, in Chinese dramas, the translucent Korean hanbok hat is used as it is. The shape, which is semi-transparently woven using horsehair and perfectly separated from the top of the hat and the brim, is a typical shape of a hat in the late Joseon Dynasty. Also, Chinese hats are round, and Korean hats are flat like in the Kingdom korea drama. and If you look at the relics from China, unlike Korea, they didn't usually wear hats like that. Ming dynasty hats usually have an iron skewer attached to the top of the hat. Ming Dynasty historical relics hat string beads are not long, they disappear and become shorter, but if you watch some chinese people, the hat string beads become longer and longer like Goryeo haha. This is not. If you are not sure, you should do your research properly and speak up. To be sure by looking at the outside is not to investigate, but to distort. Even a distorted costume that does not fit historical evidence, such as putting feathers on a daemo (大帽, Damao), is one of the big factors that can be greatly confused with the hanbok clothing of the Joseon Dynasty along with the Joseon gat.Even Chinese-style Wangjin and Korean Manggeon are completely different in appearance and manufacturing method. Manggeon made from horsehair (Mami mangeon, マ尾網巾) is believed to be a unique invention of Joseon and exported back to China, but the Wikipedia document describes it as if China made Manggeon from horsehair from the beginning. This is using Korean Manggeon in some Chinese dramas. If in doubt, find out before claiming Above all, Korea continued to wear hats until the 1970s. However, after the fall of the Ming Dynasty (1644), China stopped wearing the hat. If you want to recreate a hat in a drama, do not recreate the Korean one, but recreate the Chinese one.

韓國(South Korea) was established in 1948.,In Korean history books 漢服(Hanbok) It means Chinese Han costumes,漢 韓 Have the same pronunciation,SO Koreans stole the words of 漢服(hanbok),There is no “韓服” in Korean history books.

The ancient Korean Peninsula("朝鮮" is the name of China) has always been a place where Chinese territory and Chinese regime. Until 1900.
Yi Seong-GYE 李成桂(1335-1408) established a Chinese local regime on the peninsula . He is very sure that he is the descendant of Chinese immigrants (Yi Seong-GYE 's father is the Han people - Chinese).
Yi Seong-Gye 李成桂 leads some Chinese people to establish a Chinese local regime on the peninsula (Chinese royal family and nobles). The aristocracy also claims to be HanChinese. They use the Chinese emperor as their parents. Tribute to China like other Chinese cities.
The founders and royal members of the ancient Korean dynasty (Joseon) were Chinese. They spoke Chinese dialects and official Chinese language. Use Chinese characters. Wearing Han nationality clothing. Building a small Chinese palace on the peninsula (Gyeongbok palace景福宮).Royal members use Chinese coins. They bring Chinese culture to the Korean Peninsula.
Koreans are called as slaves (become subordinate civilians). They were wearing pure white (no dyes and technology) and women showing her nipples as beauty. This is the traditional custom of Korean .
However, the Chinese emperor on the peninsula has always forbid slaves and indigenous Koreans to learn Chinese language and Chinese characters. Koreans use indigenous language (Korean language). There are no character (until the 15th century). Almost all of them are illiterate. No coins. The trading of ancient Koreans has always been carried out in the way of exchanging items. (Until 1910).
Until 1895. China was in a war of foreign invasion.China loses the right to control and protect "Joseon ". 1900 was occupied by the Korean Peninsula in Japan. The Japanese abolished Chinese language and Chinese characters.
The Korean language and character (invention of the 15th century) of indigenous language began to popularize on the peninsula.
    >>> * In 1948, the Koreans renamed the "Chinese City 漢城" to "Seoul"
    ------------------------------
1910. Japan has swallowed Korea. The Japanese believe that some of the low -level Korean traditional culture and primitive (women expose their nipples and transport things on their heads) are very primitive and backward. The Japanese banned Korean women from exposing the nipples (the traditional Korean costume. Hanbok).
The Korean people strongly resisted. Koreans believe that this is a traditional culture of Korea. They insist on retention.
In the Korean capital city. As long as the Japanese see those Korean women who show their nipples, they will give them penalties and slaps. After that, the Korean capital city gradually reduces Korean women's nipples. They cover the nipples with a piece of cloth.
(But in the place where there are fewer Japanese soldiers. Korean women still maintain the traditional culture that exposes nipples).
Until 1950, Westerners were still taking photos in Korea. A photo of Korean women showing nipples on the street (traditional Korean clothing). In 1970, this kind of Korean traditional culture disappeared completely.
    ------------------------------
Historically, Korean women's clothes show their nipples (about 11 years old. After they get married and have children), until they are old, they use their heads to transport things (and the original culture of Africa).
    * Ancient Korean traditional costumes are pure white (the Korean people have been known as the "White clothes ethnic" since ancient times), and women's clothes are exposed their nipples (the Korean people show their nipples to represent the beauty). This reflects the ancient Korean people and thoughts.

It is ridiculous that the Koreans in the comments are immersed in the historical lies made up by South Korea and accuse the Chinese stealing Hanbok, the fact is :
1: South Korea restored the paintings of China's Tang Dynasty, calling it Silla Hanbok, and fabricated the origin, saying that China's Tang Dynasty Hanfu originated from Silla
2: Some Korean costume dramas employ Chinese costume teams, called Hanbok
3: Hanbok in South Korea is basically the clothing of the Joseon Dynasty in South Korea. The clothes of kings and nobles in the Joseon Dynasty in South Korea were given by the emperor of China. Now Koreans call it Hanbok. In the Joseon Dynasty in South Korea, only the clothes of slaves and civilians were Hanbok.
In ancient times, South Korea, Japan and Vietnam all learned a lot from China, but Japan and Vietnam are very honest, Acknowledging that the culture is influenced by China and will not deny the source, and add their own creativity to Chinese culture. China recognizes that those cultures also belong to Japan and Vietnam, so There is no cultural dispute between China, Japan and Vietnam. However, South Korea has been trying to describe South Korea as the origin of East Asian culture because of its inferiority complex, claiming that the Hanfu of the Tang Dynasty and the Hanfu of the Ming Dynasty originated from South Korea, claiming that the kimono originated in South Korea, in order to show the history of South Korea Greater than China and Japan, I suggest Korea to go abroad, go to China, Japan, Europe and the United States to learn the real history of Korea, don't get immersed in fantasy

and here is original text of National Museum of Korea

In ancient Korea, wearing this fully chest exposed Korean dress is an "honor" for many South Korean women - because she has a son! If the woman does not have a son or has daughters, she is not eligible to wear this kind of dew suit - only a korean woman who has a son is eligible to show her chest. So instead of feeling ashamed, these korean women in dew clothes have the feeling of "I'm proud of having a son! I want the world to know!" The meaning of. At that time, when there was no scientific contraceptive measures, the vast majority of Korean women would eventually give birth to a son, so the vast majority of Korean women could finally wear "proud" dew clothes. So this dew suit is the real traditional dress in Korea!
Deliberately shirtless is a Korean tradition (hanbok), even in 2014. When the Pope visited South Korea, they also set up a "deliberately shirtless" statue to commemorate their tradition!
