I knew I related to piglet from such a young age. I’ve dealt with anxiety since I was 6. I didn’t know what anxiety was until I was 12 when I was officially diagnosed. But piglet always was someone I could relate to.

Yo, I just wanna say, even though I'm a whole ass teen, I love piglet because I relate so bad. I developed anxiety at 11 and it's been hell since I didn't realize what it was at first and had to deal with it alone.
But what I've learned from piglet is that I'm a normal person capable of anything a normal person can do. I just need a little help from strategies to calm the anxiety, but besides that, I'm simply a normal person. :)

@@theoneandonlymem432 Oh yeah, I've heard of this one that goes
      Breathe in for 4 seconds
      Hold for 4 seconds
      Breathe out for 6 seconds
      And repeat
      I do it when I meditate :)

I don’t have an anxiety disorder but I do worry about any event in my life that is unfamiliar to me since I’m autistic.

nice! I kinda suffer from this. I wonder if theres any correlation with GAD and the size of someones body. Piglet is a tiny person but obviously thats not enough. would be intersesting to do case studies.

***** I was wondering the same thing about her. She doesn't seem to know that GAD is not all about panic attacks. I have GAD but rarely have panic attacks. The symptoms I mainly struggle with is the constant worrying, difficulty concentrating, and bouts of insomnia. (No offense to you, Christin.)
