So there is no way to follow unless you can read Chinese characters. Too frustrating. Acting is all over the place. Some actors do a good job, others are really weak and boring. ML is ok. The Xie family son is good, and he deserved the role that the Xie daughter was inexplicably given considering her poor acting skills. FL is weak and annoying. Grandmother is good. Should be called: "Poor Boy with Superb Medical Skills Has Inconsistent Social Skills." This character is something else when it comes to interpersonal relations.
