I don't mind the packaging, I just fold the top of the bag over a few times and put a bag clip on it. I also buy measuring spoons at the dollar store and keep them in the bag for ease.
I use an old scoop I had that was for 5g. A quick google search says a teaspoon is 4.2g, so maybe just use a rounded teaspoon for 5g. And I still use their creatine monohydrate

Thanks for the information bro
I use their Taurine but will be expanding to create my own pre workout.
They say they're third-party tested but why can't I get a copy of that analysis
I've use different products from them but every time I've called and asked for it they never sent
How did you measure 5 g of the creatine - appears 2 tsp is not correct? Also, are you still using bulk supplements?

Take more than 5 grams! Then literature is saying most people could benefit from a higher amount of creatine, especially those at a higher body weight
After exxxxtennnnsive RUclips viewing, i combined them all into concluding to taking 6.5g twice/day.
I just oder some cordyceps mushroom i dont know if it os legit
Did it help, is it real cordyceps? Cordyceps is supposed to be pretty costly and their price is incredibly cheap compared to others
