Understanding time is one of the most difficult and abstract things our minds can do, but just because the future and the past are observable in higher dimensions does not mean that we don't have free will. You have to be able to reconcile that time does not exist, but it is still a constraint that is imposed on our limited perspectives in this dimensional reality, and it's that constraint that allows free will to exist. Imagine you're watching a recording of an improve comedy special. Now the entire recording exists on a memory chip and you can jump ahead or rewind at will, but does that mean the comedian you're watching wasn't improving on the fly because you already know the ending? Of course not, just when you're watching from a higher perspective it appears as a recording.
We have everything now. All is that will be and has been. It is simply our awareness as a conjoined 'society' of carbon life dominated by this particular collection of molecules we call US in the present. Our collective pile of material stuff must evolve within this particular time and space of our Earth, our Sun, our Galaxy, et. al. There is no time but there is an association of matter which shares this relative 'time' and space, created by a unification of gravitational forces in this 'now.' Gravity is the KEY!
In any universe an experiencer (You) have a non-zero degree of free will. It is why we can change our minds, make choices in each moment and these things change our direction. Think of it like a sub-atomic particle, existing as a wave of possible locations, etc. Each deviation leads us to an end at different points in time and space... so, as an example, you may have been hit by a bus if you didn't decide last minute to go Left at the intersection to get fast food instead of going Right towards your home.
It’s really a question that can never be answered unless you were to experience the paradox of time travel for yourself. Otherwise you could just say that no matter what you do was always going to happen.
Everyone can join in on this but let's think about it like this. Let's say we have drone technology now very high-tech drone technology and we get in our time machine and we go back 4000 years and we bring our drone technology with us. Weaponized as a military instrument these drones have the potential to change the landscape completely. According to this guy that wouldn't happen. His explanation is it was already going to happen anyway so that time travel seed came back 4000 years change the landscape and it is what it is today. So our history books would have a record of that somehow. Time travel does exist on all different points you are going to have at least one entity or faction get their time machine go back in time with advanced technology and takeover or alter in a significant way.
they really like to lay it up with crap....... It's as simple as this, if you could get back to when you were..... you'd be back to where you were. Or, if you could get back to where you were, you would, by definition, be back to when you were. Everything is where you left it.WHERE you left it IS WHEN you left it
Time is a compactified dimension one single Planck second in size. That's all the time needed to evolve a next state. This compactification creates a minima and maxima energy density. And E=mc² so matter density. Voids and event horizons. A gradient of density from minima to maxima...... gravity. And as per limit theorem the closure< is between these limits. What falls in event horizons falls OUT in deep voids. Neutron decay cosmology. A homeostatic universe maintained by the reciprocal processes of electron capture at event horizons and free neutron decay in deep voids.
Maybe every moment in time has a signature for matter to exist in that time frame. If you were able to time travel into the past perhaps you can observe the past but not be observed by others.
If time travel becomes possible, and humanity survives that discovery, then the entire universe would already be full of humans descendants going back in time to use untapped resources.
I believe free will is more complex. There are numerous set paths for you already in place but moment by moment you chose one of those said paths and so on and so on. Otherwise, it would be terribly boring or too unpredictable for a/the creator
If you leave your time line to go to the past, does that erase your existence in the present? If you remove yourself, time insists that you must exsist in one time line. So if you go to the past not only can you mess up the past, but you lose yourself in the present.
We lose ourselves in the present because we are either stuck in the past which is done or stuck in the future that hasn't happened yet. We are creating our future by what we are focusing on in the present. Time is a 3D concept because everything is happening all at once, everywhere and always.
If you go back in time and tell for example, Dale Earnhardt not to race on the day he died, how does he still die if he doesn't race that day? Also, if he still dies but on a different day, how is that not a change?

Maybe, you just time-travel, and yes, you are do9ing something predestined whether you go forwards or backwards... But then you can also travel from one set of linear occurrences, to another completely different one, in which the linear timeline of that universe always has you enter from any number of other universes, that has multiple different versions of itself, where you enter from different discrete timelines. Him trying to say "oh well that can't be so, because physics".... like dude, you are basically, writing off something, while effectively relying on a bootstrap paradox where everything just comes out of nowhere and has always been the same over and over again for infinity..... Like that defies physics, entropy, etc also....
If someone, let's say, travels back in time, the entire Universe must adjust itself with that person traveling back in time to 'portray' the time period the traveller wants to land. Earth must rewind, the Zodiac and 'everything in motion' must rewind. Every person, every birth, every death, every war, point blank, everything. That to me is the Paradox, unless every moment in existence is also every other moment in existence. Thoughts?
