It's like they hear a different groove in their heads then we did so their bounce and groove to the dances always seem off. THIS is what it looked like when we did em back in the day!!!
Yeah. Reason is at that time people just danced what felt right to the music, got creative. Nowadays people just go to dance classes and want to get all their steps and groove served on a silver plate. Well I was born 99 so I can't really say I got it right. Learning House right now and because I want to have the groove as the 80's dancers, I try to get creative with the music and improvise. Still getting input though but I'll do my best to get it right!
