I just literally figured out the real fix to people getting stuck on 90% loading screen and going to make a video on it because every single video I've watched for months don't tell you how to fix it and this video has nothing to do with the issue either
@@Hammy003 my issue was when I transferred my account I was also prompted to create one too I had to get access to online threw the new created character (not the one transferred from ps4) then delete it was able to load in as my transferred character every time with no issue
hi bro ! the time and date didn’t work . my story mode loading screen still stuck at 90% and the character banner is also freeze. i have updated the latest game file . and my disc is 100% okay (no scratch or damage) . also all disc games runs fine . what is the last solution then ?
@@chapo762x63 my problem already solved now im playing story mode without any problem. At first you have install the game and the install stucks at 2% or whatever.. then you have to put the ps into rest mode then 2 minutes later turn it on then you will see the installation increased to 5-10% . Then again do the same thing after 30 minutes. When you reach 90% then dont put on rest mode . And be sure that you settings it correctly (rest mode settings) application suspend. Your wifi should be off whole time while installation. My problem was solved 3 months ago .i never update the game file because if i do the loading screen will stuck. So never update ur gta and play offline story.....
@@iBringGTA i got mine to work by firstly deleting the game itself and then download it again, then put the ps4 into safe mode and rebuild database. Online started right up for me, sucks you can’t play!
If I have to use the wifi when I enter here If I use wifi I delete my games We used to say that it will be deleted So if I use wifi my games will be deleted

I had some issues like this to but I guess you have to restart your console then try it
And also are you playing offline or online .
