Hear this guy every morning, around 10:00 am my time. timing chain is off centered by 10 degrees, right, maybe more.
It is amazing how he occupies the channel and most of the times talk to himself
He suffers from several mental illnesses, Schizoaffective Disorder when he talks to imaginary CB'rs, Superiority Complex where he thinks he is better than any other tech in the world, Narcissistic Personality Disorder where he thinks he has a higher level of importance than anyone else. There are others, but too many to list here. Someone in his family needs to Baker Act him so the authorities can take him to hospital for mental evaluation and possibly committal.

Got a call back from the owner of the Lordsburg RV Park on West Motel Drive in Lordsburg, New Mexico. She told me they asked him to leave a few weeks back due to them getting threatening phone calls and voicemails about him living in their park. He had been camped there for nearly a year since being booted from the KOA Campground in Lordsburg. She said she did not know where he went when he left. He has either taken up residence at one of the other two RV Parks on the East side of town (they are run down dumps) or he left and went back to Santa Fe or maybe El Paso. Will update whenever I get more info. We have a team of people that keep track of his every move whenever time and money permits.

I reported him to the FCC also I just wonder how the hell is he getting out all over the country he’s doing something different than nobody else probably has. He shouldn’t be able to talk all over the country and talk over other people thousand miles away it just doesn’t make sense. I can attest that at least sometimes he is having a real conversation. I have heard them, but man hearing him all the time can get annoying for sure.

There is a guy near me that bleeds over a lot of channels. I can't tell if his radio is really off frequency, or he is purposely going sort of between 36 and 37 closer to 37 and using a lot of dirty power. So bad I can't even talk on my radio unless I leave a drive to the other side of town.
My guess is that he is using an HF radio, which can easily go between channels. It does about 100 watts. If he is close to you then yes, you have a problem. If you cannot clarify him maybe he is on USB, instead of LSB. It sucks, I know

@@jgmopar some operators like to go between channels and talk for a long time. They think they own the frequency, like their own private channel and when other people try to break in, they completely ignore them.
This is not how it is supposed to be, but some people are like that
Years ago there was a guy who lived about 5 miles from me and he would bleed over 4 channels down and 4 channels up. My grandfather who was into CBs knew who this guy was and told me his location. The guy claimed he was pushing 5000 watts. I don't know if that's what it takes to come across 5 channels or what.
@@turbofiat It was because you were close by, that is why you can hear the guy all over. Yes, 5KW can do that, but I think it was more because of the distance

He is booming here in Toronto. I am using a window antenna and I get him all over the place. Why would someone want to call himself Mud Duck? Not sure... it is embarrassing for the ducks out there...

No, anything on CB (11 meter AM) pushing more than 4 watts is illegal by FCC regulations. realigning a 10 meter export radio to 11 meter is illegal. However I will say I have never ran a legal radio since I was 14 years old using a 23 channel Midland. Rumor has it he is amped up in the 5-10k watts on his 'base' claiming it is a box only tuned Stryker 955 10 meter export@@Florida32oz
He almost had me convinced to buy a radio from him until I actually spoke to him on the phone. During the conversation he said that he would need 7 month's to complete a radio! I said NO WAY! In 7 month's I could be dead! Another Repairman told me that I would need to wait a year! 2 week's to a Month top's! After that I am going to find that Radio Man!!!!

Some other operators turn in to Old Buzzards on a good skip channel, and block everyone else as well. why he does what he does? , I have no clue, but I just find another channel . I don't need anymore stress. Have a good weekend my Friend, 21 South Carolina, Old Radio Night.
