to fix the issue with the arms appearing before the animation loads, you can move the default position of the VM rigs arms out of sight so they wont show on the equip. This does mean you will have to reanimate the VMs but I think its definitely worth it in the long run to have a cleaner equip.
Yo bro a little correction ,reloading anim in the third person of the model is certainly good, but if there is an opportunity to lower its arms a little so that the stocks rests on its shoulder, but not above it.
