- Tonight on Lifestyles of the Twisted and Fugitive, we spotlight the fabulous Stogie Bear and his band of racketeers, the Unbearables! It’s a real cops-and-robbers thriller!
This here is a reupload of a previous Cecil short I uploaded, given to me by my good friend and chum Tuxedobird, complete with higher audio and video quality - huge kudos to her! :)

That gag with the stereotypical Italian accent was hilarious!
Yogi Bear meets Untouchables!
Back in high school in 1975-1977, I watched reruns of The Untouchables (1959 -62). Knowing that the Untouchables took a lot of heat for using Italian names and accents, I broke out in laughter when Stogie Bear said "Tis away I talk at home, but it's taboo on television." Loved the sound-like Walter Winchell gave of the full run down on the 33 1/3 record, so bad it couldn't have been released, it must have escaped. Then add sound like Jimmy Stewart as Pat O'Bruin since Jimmy Stewart was the main character in the 1959 movie "The FBI Story" What a hoot!
Heh, I love how Beany, Cecil and the Captain don't show up until halfway through the episode, with the focus largely being on Stogie Bear and his gang (a pretty fun play on a popular cartoon star from a rival TV animation company of the time!)
You don’t mean the one who is smarter than the average bear, now do you?
I suppose that someday you’ll reupload “Ain’t That a Cork in the Snorkel?” and “Makes a Sea Serpent Sore” as well.
1:04 : Poor children : They are there, tied up and helpless, while this thug plays their favorite game in front of them. This bear is a horrible monster ☠☠☠ .
