@Renae H Gamma literally chose to save Alpha over her own sister. Switching up on Alpha would basically mean her sister died for nothing
Lowkey Godly that’s the thing. Gamma sacrificed her sister for their boss, but their boss couldn’t sacrificed her daughter for her people.
Aaron and Gamma have interactions now so mentioning Lydia’s alive could make Gamma triggered.
He wasn't being nice. He was just being Aaron. Those are two different things.

Yeah. He has moved on from his past and now he sees the repercussions of who he was. I believe killing Brandon was like him killing his past.
I feel like up until the last season finale Negan will be coming to terms with his past and having a bit of an arc (although he's already been having one).
I wanted him to pardon to the king for what he turn Jared into and had him killed Benjamin.

@@GP-ci8qt So if Aaron wasn't being strategic, was he being nice just to be nice? Is that really your hypothesis, that after finding an enemy on his side of the border and in the process of poisoning their water, he simply couldn't overcome his nice guy tendencies?....Of course he was being strategic. It would have done them absolutely no good for Aaron to have killed Gamma in that moment, it would have simply seen them incur the wrath of their enemy, a superior force that currently holds all the cards. Befriending Gamma on the other hand, or maybe even turning her, might just provide them with the information and advantage they need to defeat The Whisperers.

Top 3 scene of the walking dead is Negan meeting the Whisperes for the first time. That exact scene where he suits up and goes full power Negan to go find the Whisperes is a scene that just shivers not just through memories of one of the most insanely powerful characters on this show, but the iconic feeling of both factions showing up. The sense of the old negan gives you that feeling that he's even more threatining and that the Whisperes are about to shit their pants trusting or meeting this guy.

Pay attention to the dialogue. He had while still locked up. You gotta peice things together but you can pretty much figure out the kind of guy he was before the apocalypse

@@stickthelanding4785 I strongly disagree. That's something Scott gimple would of done. Having long boring shots of neegan in the wild thinking about his past spanning over the course of 3 episodes. Personally, and what so many twd fans agree with is that Angela Kangs pacing is so much better. I'd rather peice together 15 total minutes of dialogue inside of getting 3 filler episodes that don't advance the story, only slow it down

Nicholas The Reactor I don't think Negan vs. Beta is going to be happening that quickly. You gotta keep in mind that Negan uses Lucille during that fight and Negan doesn't have Lucille yet. So the bat breaking on Beta wouldn't really matter too much. When Lucille breaks, a certain facet of Negan is extinguished. They're gonna save that fight for later. lol
