    There are few things out brother Surya did incorrectly
    1. Always find ways to escalate if you visit the same showroom again and again it's not useful, find out Royal Enfield grievance officer details, MD details and escalate
    2. File a consumer complaint in NRC forum online
    3. Be authoritative, requesting doesn't work should've sat infront of the showroom and informed customers about the issue they cannot kick you out of the road
    4. Reveal showroom and management details make them close their showroom, no mercy after such treatment (If the story is true)

    I hated this RE's poor customer relation and also their overhyped products. Despite Honda showroom 100kms away from my place Ranipet, I have took CB350 last year March. Every time, I twist throttle, that smile of refinement never pleases to fade still. I have tried there service centres, Chennai North la JSP, Chennai South la Kun adyar and Bengaluru la VFM. All of them have very good expertise in service and offer premium work for 2lakh bike. Service labour, after free service konjam costly but their tech knowledge is very good, definitely every friend considering Royal Enfield, should check Honda atleast once and take a final decision

    The only thing that pulled me out of buying a RE 🤐 my friend's 2020 classic 350 which was left on the showroom for a oil leakage problem was kept on a dumpyard in the showroom for 2 months which was later delivered with heavy damages.

    You are 100% correct bro. Almost all the RE dealers are worst and their quality um solli Kara madhiri illa. As a Royal Enfield fan idha solla kashtama dhan iruku but adhan unmai. That’s why I went for Honda.

    I have an RE Interceptor. I totally agree with you. I have a few bad experiences with RE. I have a Honda CBR 250 too which is my first bike and their service is far better than RE.

    I am riding RE since 2006 (got my new Himalayan 9 months back).. not even a single time to went to the dealer for service. Dealer is waste of time and money. There are many local mechanics who are specialist in RE... Find one of them and don't waste your money and time at the dealer service centres...

    100% True bro, I bought 2016 RE Classic 350, In 2018 Jan to March I spent 21k for service alone, Ennanamo kadha sonanunga service centre la bore, piston problem adhu idhu nu, Just i driven 27k kms that too only in city rides, Last aasaiya Vanguna Bike uh, Service center la irundhu veliya vandha udaney sale pannen, Idhuku mela porada mudiyadhunu, Ipa Bajaj D250 use panren last 1.5yrs uh, They are Far better than RE in sales and service.. Think before you buy RE guys...

    Yes bro you are 100 % true ,if you really want RE dont go for new bike instead go for old models👍 I am owner of bullet 350 bs3 2013 model, vehicle quality is good, without any hesitance you can go for bikes till BS4 but I strictly suggest to not to buy Bs6 especially Himalayan , himalayan is an failure model of royal enfield , so dont go for it 1 out of 10 bikes have engine and bore failure dont go for royal enfield at all and coming to service do not go to service centres they are just running behind targets so they will not solve your problem and they charge you huge money always go for dedicated RE mechanic in your town they have more knowledge than service centres. Hope my comments help you all. I also heard from many of my friends that himalayan is worst and most bike belongs to bs6 are not well..

    I am subscribing to your channel just because you posted this video.. naan 2008 first twinspark thunderbird owner.. appavae re appdi thaan.. i stopped going to RE service center after a year or so after my stay weld got broken and no proper response from RE! 346 cc engine .. romba heavy crank .. ithellam single cradle stay la avanga build pannum bothey avanga expertise therinjurukanum.. after learning about bikes i realized what blunder is that without balancer having a heavy single cylinder on a single cradle! If you don't know a personal mechanic , never buy RE!

    Thank you for talking about this Arun. I had a similar story with my REH.... Always had magnetic coil issue and it was never received. Out of frustration sold it for very little money. But now I am happy with my Dominar 400 for the last three plus years... Not even a single issue with Dominar... Only service cost...

    Bro, please ask your friend to file a Complaint in the Consumer Forum and ask for compensation. Once they receive a court notice, they will surely respond or will be forced to respond. Some of my friends has done this and received good results.

    Feel sad for Surya. I was a Classic 350 owner myself. 4 service Paathen. Onnum urupadala. I then started changing oil, cleaning and lubing chain myself after seeing many videos on YT and going through a lot of forums. After that I found a good mechanic in vyasarpadi after much trial and error. I always warn my friends who ask me never to go for RE at all.
    Mothathula RE is a waste. We should start boycotting the brand and start encouraging its competitors. Sales konjam padutha konjamaana vazhi ku varuvaanga

    Bro i am having 2014 STD model RE and i ride almost 70k kms. No major issues faced. Also my service center (GG motors Madurai) is good in service. But I support what you said about particular service centre. Also heard most Himalayan bikes are having manufacturing defects for which RE should take response. Finally, I support your today's video.

    If ur friend story is true. Pls bring to notice to royal enfield area Service Manager. Write a mail to customer care and attach service history. Go and put your bike in front f dealer gate and block......Sala then every bullshits will come to resolve.

    Royal Enfield dealers are all very selfish and only motive is to make big profit at the cost of the biking community.
    I bought classic 350 lucky to get good condition bike but the vibrations and knocking was always present, had it for seven long years mostly good memories but nothing to say about dealer services !
    In future, decided never to buy any model bike of Royal Enfield !
    Present day, proud owner of KTM happy with the bike

    True that. That's why I am hesitant to buy new models. I own a 2013 Electra. Upto 2018-19 I did only company service. For the last two years i changed to private mechanic due to worst response in official dealership service station. Now my bike(angel) feels like ever new. Thanks to my mechanic.

    Yamaha also have same problem bro, I have Yamaha mt 15 athula false neutral problem vanthuchu . They took 1 month to rectify the problem. Engine ah full ah kazhatitanunga ippo vibration problem and fuel injection problem iruku. Pothum da saami nu apdiye use pannitu iruken 🙏🏻

    I'm that category who wanted to buy a premium bike but due to family comitment, unable do so. I last had a Honda unicorn till 2017 and postwhich till now (2022) did not buy a bike and was riding Dio (common to me anb my wife). I wanted to go touring and I liked the Yezdi roadster so much and planned to buy it but cost did not fit my emi budget as i have home loan and other EMI's and bought a FZ15 last week.. So I'm gonna tour in my FZ15. I do want wanna buy RE since everyone is buying RE...Sure i ll buy a premium bike (i like Benali imperiale and it was awesome in testride). Gradually i realised it not the bike that tours, it's the person.who rides it.. i a video, a group of frnds 3 with RE and another 1 with a scooter doing touring!!!!! then only i realised that myself, my wife , my child all did a ride during 2017, from satyamangalam to Mysore trip both up and down in a day in FZ (borrowed from my relation). enroute was dhimbam peak and it was a thrill ride in FZ with very steapy and curvy 27 hairpin bends!!!!in the reserve forest...its a elephant and tiger reserve forest..when we were returning it crossed 6 pm and on top of dhimbam peak,we were held by forest rangers and not allowed to rides the bike cos post sunset, high chances of tiger attack.... But we had go down as we had attend a marriage reception...just 2 weeks before that there was a tiger attack.....post sometime and due to our repeated request, rangers allowed us....but it was so dark and we were literaly sweating in a 10-12 degree celcius weather!!!! Our heart were pumping so hard until we reached down hill and bannari check post...rangers in bannari chk post got pissedup seeing us and they radioed dhimbam chk post and shouting at them, considering the danger involved!!!! so i m gonna tour in 150cc...let's see if it holds!!!! Actually i did not like Himalayan/YezdI ADV category bikes earlier but gradually, i started liking these off-road tourers..... In this segment, everyone is saying, Himalayan is the King....but mostly i get bad feedback from service point of view....

    This video is just like a chat of me with my friend about Royal enfield. i can feel the pain in your story brother. i had seen and heard many such stories . they didn't want to improve their service , because we people just go by the brand . great video, great initiate.     I agree with all your points, 95% of RE service center are "Fraud" (Chennai). I have purchased RE Thunderbird 2011 and stopped servicing after the 5th service and thought of selling the bike due to service issue (I have tried 4 service centers all are very very bad in Chennai).
    Luckily, I got one local service person in Chennai, and he is servicing my bike around 10 years

    Good video, I too had a himalayan one of the first customer of it. BS3 version. I spent almost 2lakhs for getting it serviced apart from the cost of the bike. Finally sold it. Honda is more reliable and service is awesome. Bike is super

    And his bike stay in 3 months in service center
    After he faced many problems in his bike.....
    And he sold his bike

    Now a days RE is worst ..... Lockdown staring la bike 8 bike apidiye stop aagi erunthuchi .... Then showroom la vitte .... 11.5k selavu aachi.... 3 day la again same bro ..... Complaint pannom but no response .... Then Private RE expert ta koduthe just 3.3k aachi....But every 3 months technical problem aagite erunthuchi.... Apo apo 2k 3k nu spend aachi .....Last week bike ka sale panite .....🥺😕

    Well am born in a family, where buying a motorcycle is a big dream, One of the life achievement so on. We bought our family's first bike during 2005, which was a second hand yamaha rx100. It gave us more thrilling, racy life moments, with minimal service maintenance. Following that in 2009 September we bought fz150 which got launched during deepavali festival. The bike was good enough interms of handling, ride experience, decent service cost and quality. We did many long distance trips in Fz150, in none of the road trips, we never ever faced any problems with the bike, be it mechanical, electrical, n poor quality parts etc. We understood Yamha product quality from our own experiences. In 2013 we bought RETB 350 BS3. Initially few kilometers went well, biking experience was good. But once we reached 10k kilometers, bike started with problems like mechanical, electrical. This led us to visit service center now n then which made us very well known to most of the service center technicians. But the problems were not sorted out properly. In one side we were facing problems with RE TB 350, on other side our bike enthusiasm drew us towards cafe racer gt535 which got launched in 2014. Bought gt535 in 2014. At the time we were managing 4 bikes at a time rx100, fz150, retb350, regt535. Years passed. We frequently end with some issue in tb350 n gt535. So we decided to sell tb350 n gt535 one after another. Our experience with RE bikes are.
    1. Bike aesthetically good, but part quality is bad.
    Example instrument cluster n it's button gets stuck frequently, so is front n rear disc brakes, tubes like breather hose, petrol flowing tubes, pav tubes often cracks or deform, Ignition coil blown many times, regulator/rectifier holding clamp broken many times.
    2. Bike's engine, gear box components material composition and its quality, machining needs more attention. I would say all RE products are half baked. They are in rush to roll out bikes utilising emotion attached to RE bikes among buyers.
    3. RE products lags engineering. Just compare RE classic or any of their bikes with Japanese bikes like fz250, 350 Highness interms if fit and finish, rider experience etc.
    We would have spent nearly 4.5 lakhs to 5 Lakhs buying and maintaining Royal Enfield products. Based on our experiences I mentioned above points.
    Moreover am not fan boy of any motorcycle Co. As a biker, my hard earned money has to fetch me quality products from any bike manufacturer.
    Don't simple go with fanboy comments, suggestions.
    Study, observe, compare bike n choose the one which is value for money.
    Fit and finish, engineered, good ride feedback, decent service backup, these will land us in buying a good bike.
    Ride safe.. Ride hard.. Enjoy the one life. 🙏
