Great video, thanks. I have the same boiler and i think its the fan has failed, it blew the fuse on the control board, so i changed that but it still wont work, the blue light flashes quickly which I think means the fan is faulty?
The light can flash in different ways, the information in the manual can point you in the right direction but you should get a gas engineer who is experienced in Worcester boilers to fix it as it’s not a diy job. You need to carry out safety checks and these can not be carried out without specialist tools

If replacing fan would always replace bearing plate at same time imo
