Since you asked, there is the adjustable net D-D JumpGuard Pro, for example 180x90cm. You can make it smaler if you want. And there are accessories for creating outcuts in it if you wish so.
Love the video but thought I saw something... Around 4:21 to 4:31 you show a video of a coral. Was that from your tank? Looks like it has red bugs on it? Could be wrong, but I had them eat my corals. I needed interceptor from a vet. That would kill a coral or two also. My 2cents and like the enthusiasm you put into the tank!
I just 3d printed some corner braces and used the aluminum window frame screen frames to drop flush with the top lip of the Rimless tank or even framed tank. It's fine if you don't have alot of wires coming out of the tank. if you do making a bunch of openings can be a pain.
I want to say that there are plenty other lps that take up more magnesium faster than acros and are much easier to keep and fill space. My personal favorite is caulastrea, add one or 2 frags as there are 3 different types. My candy cane (caulastrea) has grown extremely quick and ever since adding it my magnesium depleted very quickly. I also want to mention that high magnesium is more helpful than most think. I ran at about 1250 for the longest time. One day deceived to shoot to 1500. Since then I’ve noticed GREATLY improved stability between alkalinity and calcium (less fluctuation and battling) magnesium is a binder. Not only has this helped me spend less money on dosing alk and cal, but also keep a more stable tank. Corals also love magnesium and for some reason it helps them adjust and adapt to changes better. So I wouldn’t see magnesium in the 1500 range being harmful to coral as long as they are adjusted. However if you are extremely past 1500 as high as the salutary test goes, I would lower it just because there’s no reason to be that high up in mag levels. Not a pro reefer, just speaking from experience and trying to help you achieve your dream tank. Hopefully you read this and learn from my experience.😊😉
Custom lid all the way. Kraken Lids or ClearView Lids are two of the best out there. I have a ClearView, one of their basic models on a 100g tank. If I had know that's who the LFS I got the lid through ordered from, for what I paid I would have just gone direct and ordered one of their better models with the individual removable sections. What I have is nice and does the job, but I'd recommend one of their better model for your tank (or really any large tanks).
God imagine having all that space to work with, and...you know...people to help you. PLUS all the free crap. Sigh, living the dream. I have to budget my reef. And its sad, SPS is literally off the table as the lights im using arent powerful enough, which is something i didnt realise when I got into this hobby, but i can't afford better lights, least not in this day and age, so I'm kinda stuck with what I have.

I like a simple screen top. The Red Sea kit comes with little tabs to use on rimless tanks that will hold it up.

Certainly something crawling on them. Hard to say red bugs though.
Reef crystals is the culprit with the high mag. Check the forums. Always tests over 2000 right out of the bucket!

Brs screen mesh top kit is very nice. It’s a clear mesh screen so it doesn’t block the light much at all.

U can get glass canopy clips from Amazon, just check it's width. U can also get eggcrate in black
Glass lids aren’t the best idea for a system like this as it traps a lot of heat and reduces gas exchange which leads to low pH

I like my Sky's but had to add a Kessil for a little shimmer. It helps the tank look like there is some movement even though it isn't much.
A couple Monti caps would help increase your magnesium consumption.
It’s all over now lol. The bug has bit and once you get the satisfaction of seeing success with acros you will be hooked.

Find some reef buddies to trade with. Cuts coral costs significantly
