The choice added bass notes in his edition of the Cello Suites indicate a lack of understanding of Bach.

I regret to desagree whith you: the notes choosen for Marcos Díaz are implicit in Bach's harmony. His criteria for his transcripcions are founded in the best scholars works.
This added comment, by the way coming from a quite contentless source, indicates a fatal lack of empathy with great musicianship. It is far more serious than "not understanding Bach". Only empty souls can make such comments "important". Apologise for mine.
