You speak facts my guy! I haven't started the main mission yet but I'm level 41 and have 120 hrs. I got it on the steam deck. I love the ship building aspect .it's a good game ... FOR ME anyways. Thanks for laughs and smiles.

This would be good if the side quests actually had depth and where mildly interesting. The only ones I really liked where the crimson fleet, UEC and the gang shit in Neon (not Ryujin).
You do realize all of us bethesda fallout, elderscroll fans aren't shocked that the main quest is shallow. We expected it. All those games' main quest lines are shallow. It's the side quests, stories and the world itself that are the main focus of the games. The main quests are just there to lead you thru the world and into those other parts of the game. I've got 500 hours in SF and I haven't even finished my first NG+. I still play Skyrim and Fallout. Those are the kind of games I/we like and no one but Bethesda makes them. Not that it shouldn't have been way better and could have really shined but the main quest never bothered me. It's just that when you've been waiting almost ten years for a Bethesda SP game it's like waiting for a steak for ten years. When you finally get one you don't care if it's filet mignon or chuck steak. You just want a steak 😂
Yeah I get that and despite being a bit sarcastic about Starfield I do really enjoy playing. I just wish they tried a little harder on the main quest. The idea is pretty cool but the way you get the Starborn powers drives me crazy considering its copy pasted.
Did anyone followed the rail tracks?! 😂 What a joke, this shallow game 😢 After playing 1000h, still 100ths of missions, but all shallow fetch quests!! Terrible Pray they get their shit together for ES6!
Sure hope they reduce the scale in ES6 to make it feel more filling. I do find this challenge much more fun for Starfield though. Its more random and you can easily stay interested for an hour or 2 at a time.

This is literally how I play Bethesda games. Level 70 and have yet to start the second part of the Constellation quests. No regrets.
