Roy Sunshine i was thinking of 100 percent runs. Like if it was possible to just dupe a mission over and over and over, you could technically just keep increasing the stat percentages until you go beyond what was intended.

Nowhere says it, that this is a "glitchless" or rather "no exploits"-run (or GTA-specific, "no duping")! And I do find the category logical, since it's different from "any%", which doesn't care about unnecessary missions at all...
Replays is an PC exclusive feature of GTA 3, VC and SA that allows for some crazy exploiting across all 3 games. It replays the last minute or so of gameplay but in typical Rockstar fashion, it's broken as hell.
The speedrunning community needs to up their skills. It's not a good run with all these camera angle changes. If you really wanna play lone wolf, then go do it. Or maybe GTA 2, its fine.

I felt the same way when I started watching GTA speedruns, but I eventually got used to it. You will too.
I find it less exhausting than the constant flicking you see in VC and especially SA
