Mine is full of powdery yuck and seed. I cannot find an instrument around my house that is long and narrow enough to clean the inside of the feeder. I am now wasting more, not less, seed. I cannot find any instructions online re cleaning this pricey gadget except ‘use a bottle brush.’

The shroud on mine stays closed when I hang the feeder. No birds or squirrels get to the seed. The feeder is brand new. What is wrong?

I just got mine I am very please keeping the squirrels out the food . With my old feeder I just call it a squrriel feeder
