Love to Felix, Julius, Mary and John (Jack) Pastorius... All 4 more than worthy of the Grandad's and Father's Name. Jaco, your enormous Musical and Parental legacy lives on...

Great tempo/arrangment for this song to breath and sustain itself. It all makes sense.

To misquote Fagen and Becker: "We'll hear what made the 'ductor dance".

Not a bad version. Felix, however, prefers the low frequencies - and growling sonorously with not much space between notes - to his father's more sparse, plucked mid-frequencies, allowing the music to breathe more: Jaco's primordial signature sound.

He looks more like he could be Pino Palladino's son. Tall, lanky, similar looking, same exact stance, same exact way of holding the bass.
